for Customer Support Managers, dedicated to the management of one
customer and a specific customer’ contract / project, to join our
international gas turbine aftermarket service business.

Siemens
Industrial Turbomachinery Ltd in Lincoln, designs, manufactures,
installs and provides life-time support for world-class gas turbines
for Industrial Power Generation and the Oil and Gas Industry. We are a
major service provider with more than 3,000 units sold which operate in
88 countries.
In this role you will be the prime interface and
have lead responsibilities for the development and support of a
specific service contract once secured by Siemens, for a Venezuelan
based customer, interfacing also with our Venezuelan regional Siemens
offices. A key part of the role will be to drive Sales and Operational
support, and ensure profitable and on-time delivery of aftermarket
services to this customer.
The successful candidates will be
expected to develop and maintain strong internal and external business
relationships, therefore excellent communication skills are essential.
Preference will be shown to candidates who are orally and literally
competent in Spanish language.
In this dynamic environment there
is a requirement to have strong practical experience, preferably in the
Oil & Gas, Power Generation or related industry. Ideal candidates
will have a sound commercial, technical & engineering understanding
and project management skills for a customer focused environment, and
will be able to demonstrate leadership qualities.
